In September 1992 Edwin Jeans bought an old warehouse with the idea of converting it into offices and a showroom. Both the clients and the architects agreed upon developing a simple yet contemporary imagery. The interior was conceived as a loft space, allowing simultaneous exhibition and modeling of garments as well as everyday office work. The result was a “white box”, with unadorned surfaces and minimal but carefully placed objects and signs. Special emphasis was placed on natural and artificial lighting. The exterior expresses this minimalistic design approach, a framed white surface with carefully perforated fenestrations.

This project was exhibited on the 1993 Architecture Bienal of Buenos Aires, and published in Cronista Comercial
